It’s June, so that means neighborhoods across the country are dotted with “Open House” signs all weekend. Thanks to a drop in home prices nationwide, it’s a buyer’s market. But the mortgage meltdown of 2008 taught us all that home ownership isn’t something to be taken on lightly and many have rediscovered the flexibility and simplicity of renting.
