IKEA Eat for free through Feb. 21 when you make a home furnishing purchase of at least $100. 5. Peet’s Get a free beverage with the purchase of another when you use a print out coupon. Bagels The first 50 visitors to the new University of Alabama at Birmingham location on Feb. 23 will receive coupons for one free breakfast sandwich each week for a year. 7. Chicago Restaurant Week Through February 27, participating Chicago-area restaurants are offering $22 lunches and dinners for $33 or $44. 9. Atlantic City Restaurant Week Through March 5, participating restaurants are offering lunches for $15.11 and dinners for $33.11.
