Cooking at home is the best way to save cash, but it’s nice to go out sometimes, too. Check out Frugal Foodie every Friday for a selection of the latest coupons for casual and fancy fare.

This week: free fries, BOGO ice cream and burritos, and a month of Seattle restaurant deals, among other deals.

1. Chick-fil-A

On March 4 between 2 and 4 p.m., get a free order of waffle-cut French fries. Ask for the “Free FryDay promotion.” Participating locations only.

2. Mamma Roma

Buy a pasta dish on Monday after 3 p.m. at the Odenton, Md., restaurant, and get a second for $4.99. On Tuesdays, order a pizza and get a second for $4.99.

3. Hooters

Get a print out coupon for a free appetizer on March 17 or 18 (the first round of NCAA tournament games). Must be one of the first 100,000 customers to sign up. Participating locations only.

4. KJ’s Pub

Facebook fans of the Middletown, R.I., restaurant can use code words to get daily deals like buy-one, get-one-free lunches.

5. Taco Bell

Get a Crunchwrap Supreme for $0.88 through March 5. Limit two per person. Participating locations only.

6. Boston Restaurant Week

7. Baskin Robbins

RestaurantCouponsandDeals.com spotted a print out coupon good for a free scoop of “Lucky Mint” when you buy another scoop. Participating restaurants only. Expires March 4.

8. Dine Around Seattle

Each Sunday to Thursday through March 31, participating Seattle restaurants are offering three-course dinners for $30. Some also have three-course lunches for $15.

9. Chipotle

Facebook fans who watch a short promo can get a print out coupon good for buy-one, get-one-free burritos.

10. Maine Restaurant Week

Until March 12, participating Maine restaurants are offering three-course dinners for $20, $30 or $40.
