Cooking at home is the best way to save cash, but it’s nice to go out sometimes, too. Check out Frugal Foodie every Friday for a selection of the latest coupons for casual and fancy fare.

This week: free cupcakes, BOGO Starbucks drinks and Hawaii’s restaurant week, among other deals.

1. Starbucks

Through Nov. 21, buy one holiday drink and get a second free. Valid from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. local time only. Participating locations only.

2. Crumbs Bake Shop

On Nov. 19 (today!), get free cupcakes at the Washington, D.C. location of Crumbs Bakery. (They’re giving out 1,000.)

3. Restaurant Week Hawaii

Through Nov. 21, participating Oahu and Maui restaurants with prix fixe dinners for $30 and other menu specials.

4. Wienerschnitzel

Buy one original chili dog and get a second free with a print out coupon. Participating locations only. Good through Nov. 25.

5. Le Cirque

On Nov. 23, the New York restaurant will host a “Pumpkin, Pinot Noir and Porcini” event with $5 and $10 small plates and wine flights.

6. Smokey Bones

Use a print out coupon to save $10 off a $20 purchase. Participating locations only. Valid through Nov. 21.

7. Annabel’s Pizza

The newly opened Lafayette, N.J. restaurant offers coupons including $3 off an order of $20 or more, buy one get one free entrees and two medium pies and garlic knots for $13.99.

8. Ruby Tuesday’s

Facebook fans get a free appetizer with the purchase of an entrée. Good through Dec. 9.

9. Bill’s Pizza Pub

Donate a bag of dry dog or cat food for the local animal shelter at this Greensboro, N.C. restaurant to get a coupon for a free basket of chips. Good through Nov. 30.

10. O’Charley’s

Save $5 on a purchase of $20 or more with a print out coupon. Participating locations only. Deal good through Dec. 5.

11. White Castle

Get a free saver size sweet potato fry with any purchase when you present a print out coupon. Participating locations only. Expires Nov. 30.
