What’s healthier than ice cream but just as delicious? Frozen yogurt was hardly a part of our dictionary several decades ago, but these days the sweet-and-tart iced treat is quite popular with the health-conscious crowd. Even though frozen yogurt sales dropped 15% in 2010, according to market research firm NPD group, following a 13% increase in 2008 and a 3% increase in 2009, consumption last year averaged more than 4 pounds per person.
