Choosing where you’ll retire is a major factor in how much you need to stash away in your nest egg. Many retirees living abroad enjoy a lower cost of living, nice weather, and even better healthcare.

The International Living 2013 Retirement Index analyzed countries based on eight categories, such a real estate prices and retirement benefits, to find out which countries are best for retirees.
